Email studio, at this domain. There is no support portal and no ticket number. Replies usually come within two working days.

Four things make a report answerable: the iPhone model, the iOS version, the Ariadne version and build, and what you were doing when it happened. The version and build are at the foot of the Settings tab, in the form 1.0 (14).

If the app drew something you did not expect, a capture or a screen recording of it is worth more than a description. Send it if you can.

The full guide is in the app. Open Setup from the orange dot at the mode dial's hub, then the Settings tab, then Open the User Guide. It covers the viewfinder, the framing tools, the Looks, AR blocking and capture, with the control scheme for each.

Ariadne needs an iPhone Pro, for the LiDAR sensor and the three rear cameras. The light meter, false colour, the Looks and the film stocks run on Apple Log, which means an iPhone 15 Pro or later; on an earlier Pro they are unavailable and the app says so.

The app is landscape only, and it holds one landscape orientation on purpose. Turned the other way, the hand gripping the phone sits over the rear cameras.

The download is around 3.3 GB, so start it on Wi-Fi.

Captures stay in Ariadne's own library until you send them to Photos or share them, so deleting the app deletes anything you have not saved elsewhere. Settings, then Capture Library, shows the count and can save or delete all of it at once.
